Financial Policy

We truly believe that financial concerns should not keep you from maintaining your healthy smile.  Dr. Morgan and his helpful staff will gladly assist you with any financial or insurance needs you may have.  As a courtesy to you, we accept and will file your insurance claims for most dental insurance plans.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 251-342-3433 or email us at info@rickmorgandmd.com.

Payment Options

We believe it is important not only to provide the highest quality dental care, but also to make this type of care affordable for our patients.  We have several payment options that allow payment to be convenient and flexible for our patients.  Please ask us any questions you may have.  We are glad to be of assistance!

• For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• We can provide interest-free payment plans through CareCredit for qualified patients (click here to apply CareCredit.com). 
  
• If you have dental insurance, we will file a claim for you.  Any estimated co-pay will be due in full at the first treatment visit.  You can pay the co-pay with cash, check, or credit card.
• Any exam or evaluation fees are to be paid in full at the time of the appointment with cash, check, or credit card.  If you have dental insurance, we will file a claim for this evaluation.
  

A note to our patients with dental insurance:

We are happy to process any insurance claim as a service to you at no charge. Please keep in mind dental insurance does not usually cover your total bill.  Any insurance estimates are only estimates, and you are responsible for all fees in their entirety.

Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company.  This office is not a party to that contract.  While the filing of your insurance is a courtesy we gladly extend to you, all charges are your responsibility.
